If your looking for a machine with no quality , feels like your riding a bull , no aftersales service or warranty, Betty Wang is your sales person.
Manager told me i didnt know what i was talking about.
i sell Rippa , Hightop.Leking and Saao.
first Saao machines i sold were excellent but the 4 new machines that arrived cannot be sold due to the jerkiness from raising and lowering the machines boom.
These units will require bi-directional flow control valves to be able to be resold to my customers.
Manager offered no resolution.
This company is a reseler of mini excvavators and has no clue how there intended to work.
Manager sends me video of machines operating at the warehouse after the machine arrived to prove they work.
Unfortunately she wasn't smart enough to see in the video how much the machine was jerky.
When the pilot control was damaged in shipping and shorted out the wiring she wouldnt help with locating the bad fuse.
