Great experience dealing with Chloe Wang. She was fast and efficient in communicating and answering all my questions and concerns. Excavator was shipped on time in fantastic packing crate. Very sturdy plywood with all accessories well wrapped and secured. Excavator looked great upon first inspection. All fasteners and hoses were tight, most of the grease zerks had been greased properly. Engine had been run at factory and still had small amount of fuel in tank …… it started up with no issues on first attempt. I only gave 4 stars on quality because both choke and throttle cables were improperly adjusted and because in the factory photos it showed an hour meter which didn’t come on this unit. Overall I’m very happy with the excavator, Jining Saao and Chloe the sales rep.
